Imphal, June 20 2009:
To aid in fighting against outbreak of Swine flu in the State, National Institute of Communicable Diseases (NICD) has provided 6000 Tamiflu tablets, according to an official of the State Health Services.
Tamiflu is said to be the only known medicine which has effectively fight against the virus HINI responsible for spreading Swine flu.
Over and above passengers coming from trips to foreign countries, domestic passengers are also likely be screened for Swine flu at Tulihal Airport, the official added.
