Debunking the claim of 34 AR, Assistant administrative officer, southern division of KYKL has clarified that one Md Gafer (34) s/o Md Kaji of Wangkhem Bazar whom the AR authorities claimed to have been arrested from Thoubal Bazar on April 16 has no connection whatsoever with the outfit.
