Imphal, February 18, 2010: Locals of Keishamthong Top Leirak today staged a sit-in protest decrying bomb attack at the house of chief engineer of Public Health Engineering Department, Mangsatabam Imomacha on the evening of February 16, at about 7 pm.

During the sit-in protest organised by the Keishamthong Top Leirak Nisha Bandh and Meira Paibi slogans decrying bomb attack at the thickly populated areas and condemning to the fear and panic to the residents were displayed.

They also urged not to carry such type of attack in future in the locality and leave the culture of threatening individuals with bombs.
