Imphal, August 16: Referring to the news article published on August 13 issue of the DihCham, a Rongmei vernacular daily based at Tamenglong under the heading Independence Day Ngai Khang Indiamei Ni Nagamei Ni Chamdaan bam the, editor of the daily Ramkung Pamei has clarified that the second sentence of the second paragraph should be read (translated) as Isak Chisi Swu, Chairman of NSCN (IM) will be the chief guest and unfurl the Naga (not Indian) flag at the program to be organised by the NSCN (IM) at Camp Hebron, Dimapur, Nagaland.

The editor on behalf of the DihCham, in a press release, apologized for the oversight which was not intentional.
