Imphal, Aug 14: Strongly protesting the failure of the Government to implement the MoU signed between the All Tribal Students' Union, Manipur and the Government on March 31 this year, the student body has decided to impose a blockade on the two National Highways from 1 am of August 19.Speaking to newsmen at the conference hall of MBC today, ATSUM's spokesman, Joseph Hmar said that the Government never listens or takes up any proactive steps unless drastic measures such as blockades are resorted to.
