Imphal, January 08:
Taking serious note of the ever increasing crime rate in the State including the killing of IGP T Thangthuam and L Govind, Shimthar Muivah and others, the Naga Women's Union, Manipur has expressed serious concern over the security of civilians and the alleged inability of the State to control the menace.
A statement issued by the Union observed that the sincerity of the Govt is questionable regarding its attempts to control such crimes and to book the perpetrators.
