Imphal, December 17: Issuing strong warning against misusing the name of the outfit and misguiding the people, NSCN (K), Zeliangrong Region has asked four persons, namely Capt Mansi, 2nd Lt Alison, Asin and Gaibi to surrender within Dec 22 or else face dire consequences.

In a statement, publicity secretary of the outfit Felix stated that Capt Mansi and 2nd Lt Alison are not authorised to negotiate or collect money from the public.

On the other hand, Asin and Gaibi have been misusing the letter head of the GPRN/NSCN Zeliangrong Region to extract work orders from PWD as well as collect money thereby misguiding the people, he charged.
