Imphal, December 15 2010: PDA Chairman Dr Kh Loken laid the foundation stone for construction of a community hall at Wahengbam Leikai Ema Yumjao Lairembi ground here today.

Speaking as chief guest of the function, Dr Loken observed that such community halls have become very important in every locality today for organising any function or get-together following lack of space on account of increasing population.
