Imphal, February 18, 2010: M Pramananda Singh and W Ratankumar Singh have been appointed as General Secretary (Administration) and General Secretary (Organisation) respectively for Manipur Pradesh Youth Congress Committee.

MPYCC has also revoked the suspension of Md Alam Azad as President of Imphal East District.
