Imphal, February 20, 2010: One PLA cadre identified as Nongmaithem Ibotombi alias Pepe (34) s/o Premkumar of Sagolband Tera Sapam Leirak was arrested by Imphal East commandos on February 18, said a press release issued by SP Imphal East Th Radheshyam.

One woman cadre of KCP was also arrested by Imphal East commandos from Lamlong Bazar yesterday.

The KCP cadre has been identified as Oinam Chanchan alias Mona (24) s/o O Subhash of Uripok Khoisnam Leikai.

Further, one KCP-MC activist identified as H Dayamo (33) of Sabungkhok was apprehended by troops of 23 AR from Sabungkhok at about 9 pm yesterday.

Dayamo has been handed over to Lamlai police station along with five rounds of AK-47 ammunition recovered from his possession, said an AR PRO release.
