Lamka, May 26: The first prominent battle of the young minds ever conducted in Churachandpur on �Manipur� concluded here today.

Morethan forty teams have initially vied for the title, however, three grilling stages of trials have trim the number to five � all of whom were grilled today in full view of the public and the local media.

The Sultans, from Chinkham Modern School represented by Ginkhankhup and Thanglalbiak maintained their triumph all through the day and bagged Rs 15000 earmarked for the winner.

The LL and the Eureka from CCpur Government College and VK Tawna College bagged the second and third positions.

The quiz on Manipur, which its sponsors the Book Land � a house of Christian Literature, claimed was designed to lend a hand to the young and enthusiast students in their further studies.
