Imphal, June 20 2009: The proscribed Revolutionary People's Front (RPF) has refuted the statement of HQ IG AR (South) that troops of 12 Maratha Light Infantry under 9 Sector had arrested one PLA cadre name Heisnam Subol@ Jibon (40) of Nambol Sabal Leikai.

GM Changjou, Chief of Department of Publicity, RPF asserted in a press release that the statement is false and it is the wont of the security forces to arrest innocent persons and allege them as insurgents.

Heisnam Subol@Jibon is not a member of PLA and has no relationship with the party in any manner, Changjou asserted.
