Imphal, April 19: K Maikel who won third position in the All India School Level Children Painting Competition was felicitated today at Kumbi.

Earlier before the reception ceremony organised by the Council of Youths for Development and Co-operation, Kumbi, a spot painting competition on road safety measures was also held at Oriental English School, Kumbi.

The competition was organised by the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways, New Delhi.
