Awangjiri Shanti Raksha Nupi Marup, Awangjiri has appealed for the safe and early release of one Wayenbam Modhuchandra (28) alias Ingo s/o Ibomcha of Awangjiri Mamang Leikai who had been allegedly arrested by personnel of 22 Maratha Light Infantry posted at Nambol Maibam Lotpaching on the night of December 13 without issuing any arrest memo.
