Taking serious note of the failure of the political parties/candidates to comply with the directive of obtaining permission for vehicles to be used for election purposes, for holding meetings, processions and submit Election expenditure after every 3 days in respect of the upcoming by-election to 1-Khundrakpam AC, the District Election Officer of Imphal East has issued a notification directed all concerned to comply with the said directives.
