Imphal, Jun 19: A body christianed as Thangmeiband Kendra Women's Progressive Front has been formed today during a meeting attended by around 275 women coming from different parts of Thangmeiband A/C.The meeting presided over by Huirem Onbi Mema Devi also unanimously resolved to enstrut a fivemember co-ordinating committee comprising of Huirem Ongbi Mema, Soubam Ibetombi Devi, Moirangthem Ibemhal Devi and Dr Chingthem Ongbi Bilashini Devi with the task of taking up measures for electing an executive body of the newly set up Front.
