Imphal, January 31:
The Women and Child Development Division, Social Welfare Dept is going to organise a Winter Children's Programme on February 5 at Bal Bhavan, Khuman Lampak, informed a release.
The programme would feature children's painting competition and dance competition (solo and group) in the age group of 9 to 16 years.
Interested persons may apply in plain paper on or before February 4 during office hours at Bal Bhavan, Khuman Lampak.
