Imphal, May 26: A youth in his early 20s died of electrocution when he came in contact with a live wire feeded to an electrical water pump while washing his vehicle.

Medical personnel of RIMS Hospital pronounced the youth identified as Ningthoujam Jiban of Lamshang Thong Maning as �brought dead�.

Lamshang police have registered a case on the incident and the post mortem is likely to be performed tomorrow.
