Imphal, August 18: One KYKL cadre identified as Pheiroijam Joysona alias Kori (26) of Kongpal Kongkham Leikai was nabbed by Imphal East commandos during a cordon and search operation at his locality today at about 11.10 am, informed a release issued by SP Imphal East L Kailun.

Meanwhile a press release issued by AR PRO informed that two UNLF cadres and a PLA cadre were apprehended in separate incidents.

The two UNLF cadres identified as Ngairangbam Amit (20) of Kyamgei Torban Leikai and Athokpam Thouna (23) of Bashikhong Torban Leikai were apprehended from Kyamgei by troops of 32 AR.

Both of them have been handed over to Irilbung police station on August 17.The PLA cadre identified as S/S Cpl K Sanjoy (32) of Charangpat was nabbed by troops of 34 AR and 15 JAKLI from his locality today.

He has been handed over to Yairipok PS.
