Imphal, May 17: The Anal Naga Union, Chandel while appreciating the move of the authority concerned to postpone the DPC for appointment of primary teachers under ADCl, Chandel, has appealed for free and fair DPC along with written test to ensure quality education in the district.

A statement issued by the Anal Union informed that the DPC has been postponed indefinitely as most of the prospective candidates failed to turn up for the viva voce on May 16 and 17.Those candidates who tuned up also conveyed their reservation to appear in the viva voce and demanded for a written test first, it said.
