Imphal, Aug 01: All Manipur Inter-State Bus Association has called off its 9-day old agitation of not plying along the stretch of National Highway 39 from Imphal to Guwahati via Dimapur from today following the assurance given by the Govt to look into their grievances, informed Assn secretary Th Krishnan Singh in a statement.

The Assn has launched the agitation since June 23 in protest against the indifferent attitude of the Govt towards its demand for providing security protection along the route among others.
