Imphal, Jun 22: Titular king Leishemba Sanajaoba has laid the foundation stone of the University of Sanamahi Culture today at Langmaiching Chingoi Maru admist religious rites and rituals associated with such foundation laying ceremonies as per the customs of Manipuri tradition, said a press release issued by the Foundation for University Sanamahi Culture.

It mentioned that the 7 storeyed University building would be 65 feet high.
