Imphal, February 13:
The Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee expressed deep condolence on the passing away of prominent socialist figure and member of the erstwhile Indian Territorial Assembly Thokchom Chandrakeshwor Singh.
In a condolence by the MPCC president Gaikhangam the state unit Congress also recalled Chandrakeshwor�s contribution both as a Parliamentarian and social worker.
Manipur State Scouts Union also mourned the demise of Th Chandrakeshwor, said to be the union�s former president.
