Imphal, March 09, 2010: At least 11 houses have reportedly been gutted by a fire broke at Vaison village, about six kilometer on the north of Churachandpur police station today afternoon, at about 3.30 pm.

No human casualty reported in the massive fire burn incident that reduced properties belonging to the houses into residue.

The report estimated the fire broke out from electric short-circuit and villagers blamed the authority of the electricity department there alleging that negligence on their part caused the fire burnt incident that razed to ground at least 11 houses of the village.
