Imphal, May 03: For the welfare of HIV/AIDS infected and affected women and children, a new body called Positive Alliance Manipur has been set up under the aegis of Counselling and Social Improvement Organisation (CASIO) at Wangkhei Thangapat Mapal on Sunday last.

L Pramo and H Tanuja have been elected president and secretary of the new organisation established exclusively for women and children.
