Imphal, February 01:
A non-Manipuri was found hung to death today at around 7 pm inside the common latrine of PWD office, Khoyathong.
The deceased looked to be around 20-25 years in age and was 5.8'' feet in height.
He was of medium complexion and had short black hair and a long face.
He was found wearing a white and blue stripped full shirt and a jean pants and a plastic slipper.
