Imphal, February 17: Terming it as a landmark development, the Manipuri Students' Federation has expressed appreciation of the new rules enacted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) whereby 15 minutes of additional time is provided to all examinees before the commencement of exams and 30 minutes of extra time post exam to students of science stream enabling the students to revise their answer scripts.
