Imphal, April 22: Kuki Students� Organisation, Chandel district has taken serious note of the arbitrary opposition to the DPC slated to be held on April 17 in respect of appointment of teachers under District Council, Chandel.

The opposition made by the 144 unapproved teachers is uncalled for and it is all the more disheartening that some student bodies are endorsed them, thereby delaying the process of conducting DPC, said a statement issued by the publicity information secretary of the student body.

The student body further suggested that the candidates duly sponsored through Moreh Employment Exchange should appear in the DPC at Moreh ADC office whereas that sponsored by Chandel Employment Exchange at Chandel DC office.
