NH-39 blockade threat

Imphal, January 09: Womenfolk of Luwangshangbam area threatened to block the NH-39 route indefinitely in case State authorities do not honour proposal for repairing/development of the highway stretch from Koirengei to Chumbreithong within January 13, informed Luwangshangbam Awang Leikai Meirapaibi Lup in a released.
