Imphal, October 07: The All Manipur Working Journalists' Union has submitted a memorandum to the CMurging him to instruct the officials concerned so that the second floor of Manipur Press Club can be constructed.

Recalling that a series of meeting has been held with the CM, Works Minister and others concerned, for the construction of the second floor, AMWJU said that in case there is no positive response in the next two/three weeks, then it would launch a series of agitation including boycotting all Govt programmes.
