Imphal, May 07: From out of total Rs 2 lakh left in the MLA Local Area Development Fund for the 8th Manipur Legislative Assembly, the rest have received their shares but that of Imphal East district had been swindled by EE of DRDA Rajen and gone hiding.

Informing this to the House during the Zero Hour today, MLA of Thongju Assembly Constituency Bijoy Koijam drew the attention of the Govt for taking up necessary action to arrest the accused person and recovered the amount swindled by him.
