Imphal, December 12: The Kuki Movement for Human for Human Rights has submitted a petition to the Chief Minister contending that a 19 year old youth, Satjakal Hmar was arrested by police commandos at Kanglatongbi on December 11 in front of hundreds of witnesses.

However till date his whereabouts are not known, said the rights body and urged the CM to do the needful and bring the arrested man to the notice of the proper authority.
