The Co-ordinating Committee of the Physical Education Teachers, Stadium Supervisors, Superintendents and Coaches� Associations of Youth Affairs and Sports Department, Manipur has threatened to go on mass casual leave if the Government do not consider its demands.
The demands of the Co-ordinating Committee as highlighted in the charter of demand submitted to the Director of YAS include streamlining of two major sections of the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports, i.e.Physical Education and Sports Services and withdrawal of the in-charge DYASOs and stop the practice of placing in-charges DYASOs.
