Imphal, April 15:
Despite such reactionary activities of some party leaders, the outfit, on account of its inseparable relation with other revolutionary outfits and the valuable help provided by KYKL, UNLF and PREPAK in addition to its endeavour, has been able to stand on its own.
After the party congress held on October 20-23, all the KCP comrades have been putting their efforts to implement the outfit's general programme chalked out as per its new rules and regulations based on democratic centralism.
Moreover, the outfit besides taking up initiatives to rectify and mend all anti-revolutionary thoughts and actions, has launched extensive drives both covert and overt to eliminate all reactionary elements.
With an objective to enhance and strengthen the revolutionary movement in Manipur, KCP has joined hands with other outfits having similar vision, line of thoughts and goal, informed the outfit.
Concerning the presence of pseudo-revolutionaries among the revolutionary outfits, KCP maintained that such discouraging trend is a direct reflection of the contemporary society.
Asserting that such pseudo-revolutionaries not only tarnish the image of many outfits but also present the revolutionary movement of Manipur in the wrong light, the outfit noted that such individuals usually cannot remain within a party for long.
In most cases, they become deserters.
In some cases, they become causes serious impasse and misunderstanding within an armed outfit.
Not only that, many of these deserters generally teamed up with security forces causing serious damages to revolutionary groups.
These deserters usually don't lead a normal life after leaving their parties.
They teamed up other like minded deserters and engage themselves in extortion, robbery and other anti-social activities.
There is another group of deserters who engage themselves in party's fund collection works as middlemen.
In a comprehensive view, these deserters are nothing but parasites and obstacles to the revolutionary movement, remarked KCP.
As the Manipuri society is largely dominated (numerically) by middle class people, most the party comrades are of middle class background.
As such, the parasitic and self-seeking nature characteristic of middle class people gets imbued among the party comrades.
Eventually, such comrades started gaining strength after which they manoeuvred to take control of the whole set-up of the party.
Such wrangling within the party led to birth of several factions which in turn caused the revolutionary movement to go in reverse gear.
Therefore, the party comrades should unmask and identify all the pseudo-revolutionaries so that the malady do not spread to them.
Further, they should keep under check all the negative aptitudes associated with their family backgrounds, the outfit asserted.
The comrades should always keep in mind that they should discharge their duties for the land by standing on the side of the oppressed people of Kangleipak, the outfit reminded.
Observing that a capitalist class was created by the Government of India after Kangleipak was brought under the colonial rule of New Delhi, the outfit remarked that this capitalist class are nothing but puppets of New Delhi.
New Delhi in collusion with this capitalist class has been subjugating the people of the State economically, politically and culturally besides counteracting against the liberation movement.
They have been systematically waging a propaganda warfare, albeit fabricated to negate the legitimacy of the liberation movement aimed at restoring the right to self determination of the people lost since October 15, 1949.Over the years, New Delhi, although aware of the exact nature and reasons for the liberation movement, has been misleading the international community by maintaining that it's a simple problem of unemployed and misguided youths.
Concurring the perception of their masters in Delhi, their puppets in the State have been misinterpreting the revolutionary movement.
Being beneficiaries of the wealth trickled down from New Delhi, the capitalist class never wish to snap their ties with New Delhi even as they too have been enduring the misery and hardships of colonial rule, noted the outfit.
Asserting that all peoples in this world love their countries, KCP confided that there would come a time when all the people and classes except for a few quislings will realise the inevitability of unifying together for a decisive war to liberate Kangleipak.
