Imphal, November 08:
Reacting to a news report published in a national paper regarding Army claim of several militant outfits sending feelers to surrender the proscribed RPF described the contention as totally baseless and wrong.
Asserting that RPF and its army - PLA had never been in touch with the Indian Army as claimed by 3 Corps GOC in the November 7 edition of The Telegraph, RPFs assistant secretary of communication and publicity Lily Leima described the Indian forces as human rights violators, treacherous and moral-less troop in the context of Manipur and its neighbouring States.
