Imphal, January 23: The two Naturopathy health education programme organised by Weaker Section Empowerment and Vocation Education Society, Takyelpat Khongbal Mayai Leikai concluded today at th hall of Home of Blind, Takyel.

The programme was conducted under the sponsorship of National Institute of Naturopathy, Pune.

In all 50 persons took part on the first day and 48 persons on the second day.

Many resource persons talked on different topics of Nature cure and Yoga therapy.

Leaflets on Nature Cure and Yoga Therapy were also distributed to the participants.

Health camp: Under the sponsorship of National Institute of Naturopathy, Pune, the Yoga Physique Institute and Studies, Manipur would be organising a two-day Yoga and naturopathy health camp for women at its Uripok Yambem Leikai training centre on January 29 and 30.Interested persons may registered their names at the centre.

Free medicare: All Manipur Senior Citizens' Welfare Association (AMSCWA) in collaboration with Imphal Rotary Club and Sun Club, Mongsangei conducted a one-day free health camp at Sun Club from 10 am to 2 pm for senior citizens yesterday.

Various diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension, ECG and Joint pain were treated during the camp during which around 125 senior persons were treated by a team of 25 doctors.

Nature cure: Yoga and Nature Cure Home, Khundrakpam would be organising a two-day Naturopathy health education programme for general public on January 29 and 30 at Maibung Kom Village in Senapati district.
