Imphal, Jun 17: Chief Minister O Ibobi has instructed all Heads of Department to submit project proposals within this month to be implemented during the 11th five year plan which comes into effect from April 2007.The instruction to this effect was made in today's meeting at the CM's office chamber which was attended by Ministers of various Departments, Chief Secretary, Commissioners and Secretaries.

The project proposals towards removal of infrastructure disparities and other development schemes during the plan year would be presented to the Centre on receipt from the State deptts.

It is reported that a broad outline of the projects to be undertaken by the State during the next five year plan period would be discussed on June 19.
