PREPAK warns errant cadres

Imphal, May 22: While informing that the office of the general secretary of PREPAK had issued an order on April 9, 2006 instructing all the cadres not to take up any contract and supply works which are yet to be given approval, the outfit has warned of taking up strict action against anybody who are continuing the contract and supply work in its name in connivance with some contractors for their own personal interest.

In a statement, the department of publicity and propaganda of PREPAK informed that it has come to the knowledge of the outfit that many persons and their helpers are still trying to get the work orders for their own vested interest.

This is in complete defiance of the earlier announcement made by the outfit through press statements and the order issued by the general secretary, the statement said.

Strict action would be taken up against anybody who defy the decision of the party, the statement said, while making it clear that nobody should plead for clemency when the party strike at these people.
