Imphal, November 15 2008: AS A part of its relentless drive against drugs and intoxicants, the Takyel Khongban Unit of Coalition Against Drugs and Alcohol (CADA), Manipur had seized two persons from Takyel Khongban Maning Leikai on Friday for renting rooms for illegal sexual activities.

The two persons were identified as Khaidem Nehru (50) and his wife Khaidem (O) Chinglembi of Takyel Khongban Maning Leikai.

Khaidem Nehru was caught in past for selling liquor.

In another drive on Friday, two persons were also seized with 10 litre of local liquor, a box of Khaini, 500 betel leaves and four packets of Zarda.

The two persons were identified as Aheibam Sapha (30) and Thoudam Leibakmacha (49) from Takyel Khongban Maning Leikai.

They were handed over to their family after coming to an understanding.

Meanwhile, three teenagers who were found using dendrite were handed over to All Manipur Anti Drug Association (AMADA) by Moreh Services Bus Owners Development Association, Lilong on Friday.

The three teenagers were identified as Sanjit Singh (12) S/o Harinder Singh from Bihar, Md Wahajudin (14) S/o Md Islaodin @Abe from Haoreibi Awang Leikai and Md Boboy (16) S/o Md Banarashid from Thoubal Moijing.

The three are all residing at Lilong Keithel in present.

They were handed over to their family after coming to an understanding.
