Radhabinod Sharma of Tripura receives "London Award of Excellence"

Thoubal, September 16 2025: Renowned painter from the Meitei community of Tripura, Radhabinod Sharma, has been honoured wit2h the "London Award of Excellence 2025" by the United Nations Global Peace Council (UNGPC), in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field of art and culture.

The award was formally conferred upon Radhabinod Sharma during a special ceremony held at the House of Lords in London on Sep 5 .

Radhabinod Sharma, who is the founder and artistic director of Imaa Foundation, currently resides in London where he also works as an Art Curator.

Through his initiatives, he has been actively engaged in showcasing Indian cultural heritage and nurturing global appreciation for Indian art.
