Imphal, January 31: Even as the Chief Electoral Officer has submitted the report of the District Election Officer, Thoubal of the �CM's photo clip� to the Election Commission of India, the CEO has again instructed the DEO of Thoubal to probe the allegations that Speaker Maniruddin Sheikh who is in the fray this time too, is utilising three Gypsys of the Assembly by changing the number plate for his election purpose.

Disclosing this to The Sangai Express a well placed source said that the registration number of the three Gypsys are MNO1K/4820, MNO1K/4821 and MNO1K/2700 and are allotted to Assembly.

However the Speaker has allegedly changed the number of plates of the three vehicles and is utilising them for his election purposes, said the source adding that the inquiry was ordered after an individual lodged a complaint with the CEO office.

The complainant had also alleged that some employees of the Assembly are being used for election purposes.
