Imphal, March 05: The BJP today once again appealed to the KYKL to withdraw the life threat on the party President Thounaojam Chaoba.

The Secretary in charge, North East, V Satish speaking to the media today appealed to the KYKL to review the decision.

Chaoba did not say anything on the issue.

Satish opened the new office complex of the BJP at New Lambulane which is just next to the old office.

The party President Th Chaoba clarifying on the statement given by MPP, President O Joy said there is no question of maltreating or ignoring the allies.

Regarding seat sharing for Lok Sabha elections the arrangements are worked out with the NDA partners he said.

The Federal Party of Manipur and the Manipur People's Party are not members of the NDA he said.

The BJP will field both the seats he further said.

Satish announced that the BJP has formed committees for election purposes and it has started working to find out the ills of the Ibobi government.

Charge sheets will be framed against the Ibobi government he said.

A booklet containing the fund allocations made to the SPF government by the centre will be released.

Another booklet mentioning the works done by the BJP will also be released he further announced.

Speaking during the inaugural function of the new office Satish said the BJP will come to power for the fourth consecutive time.

After 1996, 1998, 99 the BJP will again come to power in 2004 he said.

The BJP wave is very strong he said.

In Manipur all the tribes including small ones and all areas should not be left out.

The Congress party is very disturbed by the trend he said.

During the last five years of BJP rule the country has developed he said.

The Congress is feeling jealous of the BJP he claimed.

During the Congress rule the forest reserve was 33 billion dollars and now it has reached 105 billion dollars he said.

India has emerged as the undisputed leader he claimed.

In the north east out of 25 seats including Sikkim the Congress will get around 4 to 5 seats he said.

During the last five years Manipur was given Rs 2535.95 crores he said.

During the last five years the north east was given Rs 44,000 crores he further said.

Election committee, campaign committees are formed.

M Venkainaidu, President.

Dy PM Advani, Munda, Arjun Munda and large numbers of film stars will come to campaign for the BJP in Manipur he said.

The election will be issue based he said.
