Kohima, March 21 2009: Two women, one allegedly indulge in taking video clipping of immoral acts of women using mobile Bluetooth and another alleged of trying to dragged in other women in the illicit behavior were picked up by the cadres of the proscribed PREPAK and tonsured before some media persons at a place somewhere in the valley area of the state.

The outfit has also expressed concern over the increasing activities of taking video clips with the help of mobile handsets immoral acts of young girls with their lover boys and transferring it to one another and called for checking the same by the people en masse.

The statement signed by lieutenant Ningjaba, commander, Home Department, Imphal west, PREPAK further said that if such immoral and illicit practice which amount to dragged down the society be not check well in time, Manipuri society as a whole will vanished from the earth.

The woman who has been caught on the charge of taking video clipping of the self with immoral acts was named as L Ibechoubi (35) while the other woman who has been alleged indulging in activities to involve other women in the immoral activity was identified as Th Nisita (49).For the sake of their future, the outfit omitted further details of them.

The two women were handed over to their respective families with a light punishment of tonsured by the activists of the outfit with advises not to indulge in such activities which will dragged down the society.

On the other hand, in the statement of the Ningjaba, it is alleged that the distribution of video clippings of immoral activities of young women and commercial sex workers using Bluetooth is mostly done by "moral less" state police commandos and wicket young boys when the people of the state are living in a woeful condition amidst killing of people have been everyday hey.

If such activities are not check immediately, the society will become a loss and rotten which never been able to lit up again, the statement cautioned.

After knowing the worse thing is practicing in the state and spreading like a communicable disease, PREPAK Home Department formed an investigation team under the supervision of its Imphal west commander, Ningjaba.

During the investigation process, Ibechoubi was caught on March 18 and later Nisita who guided Ibechoubi into the act was rounded up on March 20. During further investigation into the matter, the team could came identified those persons directly involved in the trade.

They were identified as Mohindro Singh (40) of Thoubal, Damen Singh (40) ofChinga Makha, Shanta Singh (38) of Chingmeirong, Dhananjoy Singh (42), Bijoy Singh (41) of Uripok and Boynao (28) of Pishumthong.

Their father names are being omitted considering their future life.

They should contact with the group with March 25, the statement said.

The statement also placed some locations which are used in the taking video clippings and sex workers are taking shelter.

The places are residents of Sangeeta Tangkhul (40) of Ukhrul located at Tangkhul Nagaram (herself also a sex worker apart from using her place in the act), Tampakleima Devi (56) from Moirang residing at Keishamthong, Laxmi @ Rekha (26), a Nepalese women (sex worker) residing at Deulahand, Api wife of Hitler from Senapati currently residing at Lamphel Super Market, Mary Tangkhul of Game Village Zone-II (house render), Kim (34) wife of Lulun of Churachandpur residing at Lamphel, Gresmi Tangkhul (41) of Deulahland and Ayo (37) wife of O Manjit of Langol.

They are also asked to contact with the party within March 25. Some of the hotels in Imphal areas which provides centre for carrying out such immoral activities were also identified by the team based on the disclosures made by Ibechoubi and Nisita, the statement added.

The hotels are Prince Hotel, Gandhi Avenue, Hotel Pintu, North AOC, Hotel City Shine, NOC, Hotel Christina, Paona Bazar, Hotel Embassy, Poana Bazar, Hotel Arun (Hotel Bijaya), Paona Bazar,etc.

The proprietors of hotel have been asked to meet with the concern party by March 26, the statement went on to state.

Some of the computer sales and repairing centres in Imphal like Nidhi Enterprises, Thangal Bazar, AGC Internet, Lamphel also indulged in selling off-scene video clips down load from the websites after transfer it to the memory cards.

The team also has information that some mobile outlets and retailers are also indulge in such activities.

Those involved in such activities should contact with the party authority, the statement which also appealed the local clubs and meira paibis to check such activities and advises them not to indulge in these acts which amount to loss the society.
