PREPAK ban on using private vehicle

Imphal, May 19: The ban on PREPAK cadres using/hiring private vehicles imposed since a few years back still stands, informed a release issued by Aheiba, its in-charge, Department of Publicity and Propaganda.

Reiterating that PREPAK will not use/hire vehicles of private individuals, Aheiba said the outfit has learnt of some individuals indulging in use of private vehicles forcibly, hijacking and lifting vehicles using the name of PREPAK.

Observing that such activities tarnish the image of the outfit besides eroding the faith of public in the outfit, Aheiba warned all concerned to give up such anti-party activities and to surrender to PREPAK at the earliest.

In case of ignoring the outfit's warning, the gang members will be awarded befitting punishment, Aheiba concluded.
