Imphal, May 22:
Taking a grim note of the delay in delivering the admit card to a student of Roses Eglish High School, Kanglatongbi by the Postal Department, the Headmaster of the school has submitted a written complaint to the Director of Postal Servce, Manipur Division.

However the student could not sit for the second phase as the Admit card was delivered only on May 17, after May 13.On further inquiry it was found that the Admit card was received by the branch post office, Kanglatongbi on April 9 this year and the same was handed over to the postman for delivery on April 10, this year.
