Imphal, February 17: Taking serious note of the denial by Chief Minister O Ibobi to meet students representatives of Manipur Students' Association, Delhi despite repeated attempts by the students, the student body has decried the strong-headed and indecent attitude of the Chief Minister.

In a statement made available to the press, MSAD informed that about ten students including leaders of MSAD were made to wait on the Chief Minister for a long time and later Ibobi refused to meet the students.

Again when MSAD representatives went to Manipur Bhavan, the officials and the associates of Ibobi were found carousing and passed satirical remarks to the students, mentioned the statement.

Further MSAD representatives were made to sit on the ground today morning again as if they were beggars, lamented the student body.

Such wastage of valuable time and dishonour meted out to the Manipuri students by the CM of Manipur is an insult to all the people of Manipur, alleged MSAD.

While taking serious note of the denial of entry of Manipuri students into the Manipur Bhavan, it condemned the irresponsible attitude of O Ibobi.
