Imphal, Aug 25: In preparation for the District and State Level 14th National Children's Science Congress, 2006 (Manipur), Science Teachers' Forum, Manipur with the support of NCSTC, New Delhi and Department of Science and Technology, Government of Manipur has conducted a series of District level workshops and training for teacher guides of Tamenglong district on August 23 and 24 at Tamenglong and Longmai (Noney) respectively.

Eight teacher guides from five schools of Tamenglong headquarters and 15 teacher guides from four schools of Noney participated in these workshops.

Similar workshops would also be conducted on August 26 at Rengkai Govt High School, Churachandpur and Eastern Shine School, Moreh for Churachandpur and Chandel district respectively.

Interested teacher guides may join in these workshops.
