TODAY -
Source: The Sangai Express One Keithellakpam Loken (51) of Kwakeithel Heinou khongnembi has alleged that about five Manipur Rifles personnel clad in uniform had forcibly extracted his signature on a blank paper by using KYKLs name.
Highlighting the matter to media persons at Manipur Press Club today, Loken accused his MR neighbour Pebam Dhiren of confronting him while his was about to step into the house at around 4.15 pm yesterday.
Rejecting Lokens plea to dress up Dhiren dumped the former into the rear of a bullet-proof Gypsy in which three uniformed personnel and another attired in civil dress were already seated.
Whisking away Loken towards the FCS Godown in Sangaiprou, the civil clothed individual threatened to gun down the abductee in case he (Loken) do not comply with their instruction.
Claiming that they are from the KYKL, the abductors extracted Lokens signature on a blank paper at gun-point.
Contending that a land row persist between him and Dhiren, Loken made a fervent appeal to all concerned to intervene for justice sake.
