Imphal, January 16: The two day First State Level Chingmee-Tammee Cultural Festival organised by Association for Paona Memorial Arts and Rural Development Services concluded at Thoubal Wangkhem on January 14.The concluding programme of the Festival held under the theme 'Youths for culture, culture for peace, integrity and development' was held with Fellow of Manipur State Kala Akademy K Sanathoiba Sharma and social workers from Wangkhem L Bijoykumar Singh as the chief guest and functional president respectively.

The Festival hosts also expressed gratitude to authorities of 34 Assam Rifles, 29 Bn BSF stationed at Thoubal Kshetri Leikai and all concerned for their contribution towards the smooth conduct of the festival.
