Imphal, May 08: An interaction programme between the Meira paibis and the security personnel was held at Indoor Stadium, SAG, Utlou yetserday, informed PRO of IAGR (S) in a statement.

Officer Commanding Maibam Posy of 22 Maratha Light Infantry was the chief guest, elderly lady of Utlou Sana Devi was the president and Officer Commanding Tulihal COB, 22 Maratha Light Infantry Lt Sanjeev Nagar was the guest of honour of the function.

In her welcome address, village Meira Paibi president N Tilotama Devi conveyed that the residents of Ulou have never been found indulging in any activity supporting the underground organisations.

In his addess Maibam Post Commander of 22 Maratha Light Infantry Capt Naveen M urged the locals to co-operate with the SF in bringing normalcy in the area.
